Check you are logged in (once you have done this it normally logs you in automatically thereafter)
How can you tell? ...If your user name appears in the left menu right below Contact Us then you are logged in.
If not, then go to Forum & Login and log in.
The website NOW DOES do the down-sizing for you!! It will allow a 6MB or so image to be uploaded, and then downsize it to fit screen display. (It may still take a while to upload a very large file on a slow connection, so if you do reduce it first it will be quicker..)
· Just below your login name in the menu, pick Create Content, then Image
· Type a brief name for the image in the Title box
· Browse to where the image is in your files, and pick Open
· Now the name is in the image box, pick Upload and wait until the progress bar completes, and a preview of the image shows
· Now enter the title again in the MouseOver Title box, so people can see what it is by moving the mouse over the picture
· Don't put anything in the Body box or worry about any other settings
· Scroll down the page until you see the Submit button, and pick that.
· The picture is now live!
